Shipping Guidelines:

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of the original purchase date.  If there are any unforeseen delays, we will contact the customer immediately.  Some items may need to be shipped from multiple warehouses and one item may take longer than the next. 

We will require a shipping address that will work with both USPS and common carrier deliveries.  We reserve the right to use the Carrier of our choice without notice or consent of buyer.  If there are any unforeseen delays, we will contact the customer immediately. If the order is place after 12 noon on Friday, the order will be shipped the Monday that follows, unless that Monday is a United States Holiday.

We do offer expedited shipping services that can be chosen during checkout.  If you are unsure of your options, please feel free to contact us at anytime.

Some items may require motor freight and will require a commercial address for delivery.  If a commercial address is not available, then there may be additional charges for a residential delivery. 

All shipping guidelines apply within the continental US and there will be additional charges for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.

We do ship packages internationally, but will need to provide you with an estimated shipping cost before the order can be completed.  Please contact us for additional information.

Return policy:

Items that are shipped incorrect or are, in any way, the fault of the shipper, will be picked up and the correct item will be shipped immediately, or a full refund will be submitted.

All other returns must be made within 7 days with prior authorization from the shipper. Buyer will be responsible for shipping costs and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Payment for returned goods will be made as soon as product is received and inspected and all parts are returned in its original condition.
